I have received totally broken piece of candle, just opened it and felt terribly surprised and upset. Kindly send me a fresh piece as soon as possible, thank God I have opened it and didn't gift it unopened that would have been even more embarrassing!
Chandni Raatein (Motia) - Hand-poured Scented Soy Candle
It was a pleasure having the candle
the quality can be better more . a friendly suggestion the smell was not lasting much
it genuinely smells like piss waste of money
Product pricing is very high in comparison to the size of product.
Due to courier mishandling I received damaged products. On my complaint, the owner Ms.Hafsa personally called me, took full ownership and not only refunded the amount but has also sent beautiful gifts.
To be very honest this kind of customer service is almost non-existent in Pakistan
It is just a candle, not a scented candle, pathetic product.
