1st time ordered Chandni Raatein (Motia) - Hand-poured Scented as I had no idea regarding the fragrance it was absolutely great very soothing and calm highly recommended.
I received broken broken bottle.. may be because of courier service.. now they send again sealed bottle of chandni ratein.. ..now my problem solved .. very good quality and outclass fragnance.. good add on in my collection ❣️

Candles smells amazing however burns out faster than bath and body works candles comparatively and cost more as well.
It’s not long lasting. So little disappointed.
Jugnu reed diffuser sticks give a pleasant, long-lasting scent, a bit overpowering for small room so maybe dilute it a bit. Easy to use and perfect for a subtle, fresh atmosphere. Loving it n wd buy more ..

I have tried your room and linen mists earlier as well and I loved them all; however , I found oud jasmine less long lasting and potent as compared to oud amber motia and oud Isfahan. Also, my recommendation is that the stickers you paste on the spray bottles should be of better quality because they are always coming off ! Overall I love your room and linen spray fragrances and would definitely restock them soon !

I have bought candles from multiple international brands like Yankees and Bath and Body works but i am genuinely obsessed with Jugnu Candles especially this scent. Got a back up before the first one finished lol.
Please stop using post ex as your delivery partner because they are extremely unreliable and lie about delivery. this is not the first time that they have been too lazy and failed to deliver to my location in islamabad. please switch to a better service like tcs, if you can send these products through another service instead of this scam post ex that will be great. I never recievd the items,

Fragrance is nice but its overly price. I bought the 60ml bottle and I belive it will only last for 15 days with regular use. I think the company should focus on its price formulation.
