We take great care to ensure your candle reaches you in the best condition possible. However, if the product is delivered damaged, please reach out describing the problem along with the necessary images. We will ask you to return the product to the company. Once we have assessed the problem, we will process your replacement and dispatch it to the address provided. No shipping charges are applied to the replacement provided.
